Longs at Lanikai: Built in the early 20's, this family beach home offers the perfect setting for a memorable vacation getaway. Situated on the water at Lanikai Beach, Longs at Lanikai is ideal for those in favor of a secluded retreat.

This four-bedroom abode is full of classic island architecture and furnishings. Three of the rooms hold queen beds and the last room contains two single beds. The house configuration is of a rectangular design, with all four bedrooms, as well as the living room, facing the ocean. Ocean views and cool trade winds flow into each of these rooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on either side of the central living room, with a bathroom at the end of each hall. Each of the bathrooms has a beach entry door, a great amenity for showering off after going for a swim. The kitchen is on the north end of the home and opens to a very large covered lanai, which faces the mountains. This sheltered area is perfect for recounting your day's adventures while enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the convenience of a barbeque. The lanai has two circular glass tables, with each table able to accommodate five people. An additional four-person rectangular table is also situated in this area. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry room adjacent to the lanai.
On the beach side of the home, immediately out of the living room door, there is another large covered lanai with a table and four chairs, two built-in benches, and the most stunning view. This is living!
Lanikai is famous for its sunrise, which illuminates the exquisitely turquoise colored bay and lights up the sky with vibrant pastels. This sight is a great reward for early birds or maybe even an incentive for late risers to set the alarm ahead of schedule. Longs Beach House carries this view right outside of its window! While enjoying your stay, keep an eye out for ocean dwelling creatures such as green sea turtles floating in the calm, protected shore line, as well as sea birds navigating the skies in search of fish. You can even cast your line out from the front yard for a fresh catch!
Kayaking to the off-shore Mokulua Islands, going for a refreshing swim right in front of your getaway, taking a relaxing stroll along Lanikai's white sand beach, and exploring Lanikai's coral sheltered bay from a "fish-like" perspective with a mask and snorkel are a few of the many outdoor activities that will be right at your fingertips while staying at this relaxing getaway.
